The war cemetery in Mignano Monte Lungo contains the graves of 975 Italian soldiers who died in the course of WWII. The majority of them fell in the battles around Mignano and on Mount Lungo along the Gothic Line, when fighting for the liberation of Italy. Some graves were brought from other cemeteries.
